Professional background and current occupation:Born into a Kannadiga-Maharashtrian Defence family and married to a Bengali, I represent the diverse yet inclusive ethos of Kendriya Vidyalayas.

Held senior roles at TVS Group, ABB, AstraZeneca, Tata Infotech, Mindtree, IBS Software, UST Global, Anabatic PLC, and Maxval Group Inc. Consulting roles with PACE Global HR Consulting.

Recipient of “TOP 100 HR PROFESSIONALS” and “MOST INNOVATIVE HR LEADERS” awards by World HRD Congress. Certified in Harrison Assessments and recruiting by Carlton University. Active Rotarian, past president of Rotary Bengaluru Platinum City, Assistant Governor (2024-25) for Rotary District 3192, and Chief Sergeant-at-Arms (2024-25). Sagar Kakkuzhiyil

Professional background and current occupation: Sagar K. – Alumnus of KV Hebbal (1979 Batch)

Born to a proud Airman in Ambala, Haryana, and raised in Bangalore, I hail from Kannur, Kerala. At KV Hebbal, I excelled as a Kho-Kho player, athlete, and singer, earning the admiration of Reddy Sir (PT) and the late Kaveri Miss (Music).

I graduated from MES College, Malleswaram, and completed my LLB at SJRC College, Bangalore. My career with Indian Railways began in 1986, where I served as Station Manager until retiring in 2021, consistently striving for excellence.

Now residing in Whitefield, Bangalore, I am a proud member of the KV Hebbal Alumni Association since its inception. Grateful for the values and opportunities KV Hebbal provided, I cherish the institution that shaped my journey and enabled me to become who I am today.

The Vice President of a school alumni association plays a key role in supporting the President and providing strategic leadership. This includes stepping in during the President’s absence, assisting with decision-making, and implementing board initiatives. The position focuses on organizing alumni events, fostering engagement, and strengthening alumni-school connections.

Core responsibilities include coordinating reunions, promoting mentorship programs, and encouraging active alumni participation. The VP also supports fundraising efforts by engaging donors to secure resources for scholarships and school projects. Collaborating with the board, the VP helps set goals, ensures effective governance, and prepares for a seamless transition into the President’s role if required. Professional background and current occupation: With over two decades of rich experience in Human Resource Management, I have developed expertise across diverse industries in India and abroad. My skill spans recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development, enabling me to contribute meaningfully to organizational growth and success.

In recruitment, led strategic hiring initiatives, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet business needs. Collaborating with organizational leaders, I’ve designed and implemented impactful talent development programs, fostering skill enhancement and career progression. I’ve successfully implemented performance management systems, streamlined onboarding processes, and ensured compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

As an HR Business Partner, I focus on HR practices with business objectives to drive meaningful outcomes. By fostering collaboration, supporting employee engagement, implementing people-centered strategies, to contribute to organizational success and sustainability. I emphasize creating value through teamwork, innovation, and a commitment. Currently with Redefine Management consultant on a HR Gap Ananlysis project in Bangladesh.

Contributions to KVHAA and KVH alumni community: I have been deeply committed to the KVHAA Alumni Association, participating in every alumni reunion since 2013 . A member of Batch 86, have worked tirelessly to connect with my batchmates. Our WhatsApp group unites 69 batchmates from across the globe, exemplifying the bond within our batch, which consistently records the highest turnout at reunions in Bangalore.

Have served the Alumni Association as a Core Member, Joint Secretary, and Secretary in 2024. My efforts have been instrumental in encouraging alumni over the years to become Life Members of KVHAA, further solidifying our community’s commitment.

I am a Alumni Member since its Inception.
Taken part in Various gatherings.
I have Coached KVH School Football Team & KHO-KHO teams even after leaving school after my Mentor/Guide Pt sir requested me.2–3 years.
Helped the school in having Resource people for Special talk for Girls EDUCATION.& also helping in bringing a Karate Master to teach the children Basic self Defence.
I am still helping the school in various other things on regular basis as and when i am asked by the principal

My Vision:

I want a Vibrant and Energetic Alumni Association.
Make KVHAA a Brand by carrying out Various Activities for the benefit of everyone.
To increase the number of new Registrations.
To actively take part in Various Special INTEREST Groups and expanding it.
At present taken charge of Sports/Fitness & Health n Wellness along with Mentors.
As i am contesting for the post of JOINT SECRETARY , i am sure to scale up my efforts to make this association visible to everyone by carryout activities for the benefit of all KVH students and also to the Alumni with the support of everyone.

Rangarajan Parthasarathy

Professional background and current occupation: A pharma expert, a pharmacist and with near to three decades industry experience in sales/marketing / retail operations roles in management as GM operations. Managed the fortis hospital OPD pharmacies & retail pharmacies across Bangalore in this capacity. Presently full fledged financial consultant & Advisor in all forms of insurance-Life/Health/General/Travel/ MF advisor categories for the past 7 years. A graduate in science, pharmacy with an MBA in hospital management has helped contribute to this valuable positions.

Contributions to KVHAA and KVH alumni community: An alumnus of 12th, 1982 batch, studied in kvh from 1975, cherished years were they. A hobbyist in creative Art, Drawing, Gardening expertise and penned poems, thoughts -quotes. Actively involved for the past year in KVH Alumni Association as a member, on the KKN steering committee team and a passionate music enthusiast. Have been in all KKN episodes from Ep-3 to Ep-10 Singing, compering, scripting and all coordination activities with singers. Wherever possible, encouraged alumni to take up membership

Vision and goals for the position you are contesting: I believe in the simple principle of ‘REAP’ benefits – Realistic – Executable – Achievable – Plans for the Alumni and team working . Priorities are improving the member base and look for 80% of Alumni to be members from each class batches. Overall communication with alumni and utilize people management skills to bring some vibrancy as a joint secretary. As an Alumnus, positive interactions with School Principal and teachers team.

Vision and goals for the position you are contesting: As a dedicated alumnus and enthusiastic contestant for the Treasurer position in KVHAA, my vision is to ensure the financial stability, transparency, and growth of our beloved alumni association. My primary goals as Treasurer will be:

Financial Prudence: Implement robust financial management practices, ensuring timely accounting, budgeting, and reporting to maintain transparency and trust among members.
Funding Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities to increase revenue streams, explore sponsorships, and allocate resources efficiently to support KVHAA’s events, programs, and member benefits.

Arun Nandavar Kaulige

Professional background and current occupation: I am a BE in Electrical and Electronics from SJCE, Mysore and an Alumnus of KV Hebbal (X Std 1983 Batch) Post graduation, I worked for Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) and Tata Steel. I have Co founded three companies: Adarsh Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an IT services company, Earth 360 Eco Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a millet processing company, based out of AP and Kaulige Foods Pvt. Ltd., a millet and millet products distribution company. I have also helped set up 3 highway restaurants (Ghar Ka Khana/Mane Oota/Veetu Unavu) near Dobbspet (Kar) and near Hosur (TN) for a brand called Farmveda and a Filter Café joint called Deccan Coffee Club in NOIDA (UP). I am also into Organic farming and permaculture and has established a near self-sustaining small farm plot near Bangalore.

Contributions to KVHAA and KVH alumni community: I have involved myself in a few activities like tree planting , lecture session on sustainable farming to students and karaoke session.

Vision and goals for the position you are contesting: I want to be actively involved in the nature oriented activities involving the school like tree walk, sustainable farming, bird watching etc. I wish to undertake atleast 5 outdoor and 5 indoor sessions for the students during my tenure. I wish to play a supportive role to the elected board members.

Professional background and current occupation: I am a businessman we are wholesale and manufacturer of brass idols and Pooja article.

Professional background and current occupation: The CEO of Spectrum Realty India, having its office at World Trade Centre, Brigade Gateway, Jagdish is a person with exceptional track record in assets management, Transaction Management, investments and dispositions.

Jagdish has managed assets of over 15 million sq ft of properties with his three decades long experience in Real Estate, Property Mgmt, Facilities Management, market research, underwriting, development mgmt. and project fin. He has also been Head of Projects, Facilities and Admn for a large mining company – Rio Tinto who are world leaders in Exploration and mining, specialized in Gold & Diamond mines, based out of Perth Australia, General Manager at the Embassy Group for 6 years and was involved with managing world class tech parks such as Embassy Golf Links and Manyata Tech parks.

Been a Toastmaster for 23, Vice President of CREA (I) – Confederation of Real Estate Associates (India), heading the Training & Education.

Jeeja Gerald

Professional background and current occupation:I am an alumni of KVH. Passed 10th in 1982.

I have done 2 years Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications from after my Graduation from Maharani Lakshmi Ammani College

Worked as a Software Programmer at CAE Systems and Softwares.
Later worked in Accenture and did coding.

Now working as a Consultant for Ground Realities and Sainya Projects which is our own Company. My husband Gerald Suresh is also an alumni of KVHAA.

And also work as a proud Home maker too. My hobbies are social works, linked with two charity homes. I am a music enthusiast and do little bit of reading too.

Vision and goals for the position you are contesting: If elected as a Election Counsil member, I would love to give back a bit for the school from where I passed out.

Narayana Swamy

Professional background and current occupation: I head an European Investment arm which is into real estate and sports infra. Have experience of 18years in FDI investments, M & A, startups, technology, FB.

Contributions to KVHAA and KVH alumni community: I have been associated in terms of organising sports event at the time of inception.

Vision and goals for the position you are contesting: Contribute towards sports infra, help build career path for students and bring in development in school infra.

RAJAN PERUMAL

Professional background and current occupation: I am a RETIRED INCOME-TAX OFFICER, Retired on MARCH 2024. COMPLETING 33 YEARS OF SERVICE IN INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT. At present in Bangalore doing some REAL estate professional job. I have also been a active Member in my INCOME-TAX GAZETTED OFFICERS ASSOCIATION in various posts like—Assistant Secretary, Joint Secretary, General Secretary (for 3, 1/2 YEARS), VICE PRESIDENT, and PRESIDENT.

Contributions to KVHAA and KVH alumni community: KVH ALUMNI Community : I have put my efforts for the expansion of the Alumni Family and my participation among the batches and in coordinating with other members for organizing reunion activities, sports, cultural-karaoke, infrastructure etc., in bringing old school childhood memories, financial contributions. KVHAA-I have been associated with the KVHAA community more than a decade and a active member . I have to my ability consistently performed my leadership skills in the enlargement of the KVHAA family network, among the members.

Vision and goals for the position you are contesting: I have represented in ALL INDIA, SGFI KHO-KHO player, for 3 years from KVH. would like to strengthen the sports field by coaching and encouraging the students, even I was active in ATHLETICS in 100, 200 and Long jump. Also I was the SCHOOL CAPTAIN, and HOUSE CAPTAIN, and also participated in CULTURAL activities of the School. If elected to the post of the MEMBER, would actively perform to the best of my ability in strengthening the ALUMNI FAMILY in INDIA and ABROAD, in all the FIELDS.

Vision and goals for the position you are contesting: My thoughts for vision and goals include: 1. Supporting policies that focus on members’ needs and improving clear communication. 2. Creating opportunities for members to connect, share ideas, and build strong relationships, improving the KVH&AA website and creation of app to keep track of member contributions (this could benefit in electing the right individuals) 3. Making KVHAA work better by using new ideas and encouraging active member participation, implementing membership card ideas. 4. Professional background and current occupation: BDS, 2006, College of Dental Sciences, Davangere. I have done various specialist dental courses and worked in premier hospitals like Baptist, Apollo and Manipal. Currently, I’m practicing at my own clinic ‘Isha Dental Clinic’ at RT Nagar, Bangalore offering all specialties in Dentistry.

Contributions to KVHAA and KVH alumni community: I have been an active member of the committee since 2014. I have served as Treasurer for KVHAA for the last 07 years. I have actively participated in all the alumni activities and reunions and I share an excellent rapport with the School/Staff. I have conducted two dental camps for the students of KVH under PMSHRI Health Scheme. I have given a talk on Dental hygiene for the primary school students of KVH

Vision and goals for the position you are contesting: I am contesting for the position of EC Member. Looking forward to see a new enthusiastic team which will help the school in all ways possible for the development & upkeep of school infrastructure and cater to needy students. I will be more than happy to help our Alma Mater to the best of my abilities and experience

Professional background and current occupation: I am a 66+ year old, passed out of KV Hebbal in 1974, B.E – Electrical and M.B.A – H.R. My experience is with major international brands like Mannesmann Demag, Zollern Stahl, Dupont De Nemours, Caterpillar, Stamford, Autocad and Leadership Management International. I was reporting to the CEO. This was from 1979 to 2010, travelling extensively in India and even abroad. I entered the “Learning and Development” Industry, in 2010, as a licensee of “Leadership Management International”, USA as a lead facilitator. I worked with family run and Corporate Organizations, sometimes spanning two generations. Three of my clients with were awarded the prestigious “LMI World client of the year award”. I got the coveted “World Facilitator of the year award” consecutively for 2018, 2019 and 2020. For the last 3 years, I am a Life/Business Coach to Entrepreneurs. In 2024, I authored 4 eBooks on Amazon – All #1 best-sellers!

Contributions to KVHAA and KVH alumni community: I want to give back to my Alma Mater, and hence I am standing for this position. This is the first time I am standing for election for any role/position. I have worked with so many people in so many industries and of varying age groups. I want to work with the KVHAA team by adding my experience and expertise to develop a Vision and strategy for this, as well as in execution of the same. Basically, an alumni association is to onboard members across the globe, help them enjoy the journey, whilst also benefiting from each other. It is the duty of every member in the team to ensure that this happens. It is to serve the alumni association by having the right attitude. I believe that I possess all these qualities due to my experience and exposure, in Management and Coaching/Mentoring Entrepreneurs.

Vision and goals for the position you are contesting: Membership Growth – Initiatives to get more alumni on board, including international. Organizing social events that contribute to members’ fun and learning. Alumni Learning & Development Programs including Mentorship to younger alumni. Other skill building initiatives and networking among members based on their interests, by creating different groups. Use my network and contacts to add value to KVHAA. Work closely with other office bearers to ensure synergy and teamwork for smooth execution of plans and goals.
